I’ve used them for the past couple years for various landscape projects (a tree/ walk path and re-mulch) but I wanted to voice my recent experience… As i pulled into my driveway I got stuck in the snow, with a full load of groceries in the car with me. I called the Pateras in the middle of a storm, but they didn’t hesitate a minute to get a truck to my place in no time! The young gentleman helped get my car up the driveway, pushed the snow and offered to help me with carrying in my groceries!!! I couldn’t believe the level of patience, and how polite they were! I know they were busy on their regular snow clients but they went out of their way to make a customer happy! I’m saving up some money for a beautiful water feature this year: ) !!!
